Data Collection

MyHeritage collects information that is shared directly with users, from public and historical records, from DNA services, from the MyHeritage Photo Tagger features, and from use of the Service through web-based behavior like automated data collection about your web use.

Data Sharing

Personal information will never be sold or licensed by MyHeritage to third parties, including insurance companies, government agencies, other corporations, or employers.

The exceptions include: service providers, with your DNA matches and Smart Matches if enabled, when required by law, for research when users explicitly consented to the DNA Informed Consent, and in connection with acquisition of its business.

Privacy Rights

You have the rights to revise your personal information by adjusting your account settings, to amend information, to receive information about the personal personal information that MyHeritage maintains about you, and delete such information.
